Step 1: Free On-Site Consultation
Every project starts with a free consultation at your home. We come to you, anywhere in Montgomery County or the surrounding area. We listen first: what do you want to achieve, what’s not working, and what does success look like to you? Then we bring our expertise and ideas to the conversation. No obligation, no pressure, no cost.
Step 2: Custom Design & Detailed Estimate
Based on your consultation, we develop a custom design and a detailed written estimate. You’ll see exactly what’s included, what materials will be used, and what the project will cost, before you commit to anything. No vague ranges, no surprise add-ons.
Step 3: Permits & Planning
We handle all required permits and inspections through Montgomery County DPIE and other applicable jurisdictions. We know the local permitting process inside and out, so you don’t have to navigate county requirements on your own.
Step 4: Construction & Project Management
Our crew executes your project with skill, care, and respect for your home. You have a dedicated project contact throughout, always reachable, always accountable. We communicate proactively so you’re never left wondering what’s happening or when.
Step 5: Final Walkthrough & Punch List
When the work is complete, we do a thorough final walkthrough with you, detail by detail. Any punch-list items are addressed promptly. We don’t consider a project closed until you are completely satisfied.
